Wouldn't 2027 be quite a bit early for a 992.3? The 992.2 just came out in 2025.
Yep, allegedly coming for MY 28/29.

I can't imagine the .2 only lasting 3 years or so.
Within the U.S. 992.1 was MY 2020-2024.
During his recent podcast with Spike on Spike’s Car Radio, Andreas Preuninger (Head of Porsche GT division) stated that the whole reason the GT3 S/C came about instead of a new Speedster is because it would have taken them another year to develop the Speedster only leaving them with one year to sell it in Europe given the new emissions regulations that are coming. I am guessing this will also be applicable to everything else that is currently in the pipeline, non-GT included. I also suspect that more t-Hybrids are coming via the .3 if it actually materializes. If that is the actual case, more t-Hybrids for the .3 then the manual is dead. 🪦
With Blume having steeped aside as CEO at PAG and with Leiters at the helm since Jan 1, 2026, there is some major restructuring going on, therefore delaying the 994.
I spoke to my SA today, and he said they expect the S manual "any time now"..........
Because SAs have always been a highly reliable source for any internal information. FYI, that is total sarcasm. I will believe it when I see the press release for myself.

Me too, but in this case the same message came from the dealer principal.

I personally would place more credit in what a GM had to say than a dealer principal and I am speaking from experience having had worked within the auto industry.

Unfortunately one thing is for certain, if/when a .3 does occur, the pricing is going is to be even more nuts than it is now.

The average rennlister knows more about Porsche product pipeline than your SA. They get zero inside info from PCNA. As far as corporate is concerned the SA is there for one reason only and it isn't to hype cars that aren't sitting on the showroom floor for sale.

Agree. But most times they just say "I don’t know". That hasn't happened here at his level, or at management level. Also confirmed by a friend in the East, open secret in my market anyway.
