I ended up doing gloss ppf. Still kinda wish I did matte, but the gloss looks great too.

I have another car with metallic paint I did the matte finish. It looks good but you do kind of miss the metallic nature of the paint after a while and expensive to swap out. I got a shade green targa 4 weeks ago and went gloss this time and glad I did.

I think long term you will be happy you went with the gloss, but that is just my opinion. Something about the matte PPF makes it look tacky IMO. I want the PPF to look like it is not even there, and that is what the gloss does.
