How could anyone possibly answer this - what options, what price listed for, what dealer/area are you in, what does low milage mean to you, how much warranty left/in service date?
If it is below market - probably not a lot of room for negotiation
If it is above market - probably a little room for negotiation

Negotiating these cars is tough right now. I would try to negotiate things into the deal. Clear markers, side skirts, aluminum gas cap, extended warranty, rubber floor mats, PPF, etc.

This one? https://finder.porsche.com/us/en-US/...&order=closest
Sticker is $143k with 18.5k miles. They're asking $150k. Its a manual car. Gorgeous car.
For context there's a gentian blue with a $154k sticker for 142.9k both might be at the same dealer. This ones a PDK.
They're trying for a premium with it being the Shark and Manual is my guess. Probably some room to negotiate there.

In addition to "buying advice" looks like you could also use some posting advice.

Most CPO preowned Porsches are initially priced high in hopes of catching a fish. An intelligent counteroffer is a good first step-in other words don't counter with a ridiculous low-ball offer.

I’ll be the one to say it; that’s a ridiculous asking price. That’s a ridiculous asking price for the mileage.
You bring that spec in and they’re giving you $115k-$120k on trade.
