IIRC phone is the best way to get a hold of them.

I gave up - yeah, calling is nice but to select materials, get real quotes, etc I like to have that written down and not rely on what has been said or not in a call. My small company serves 10000+ repeat customers and we still answer emails... we actually prefer email or even a helpdesk system as its better manageable to actually respond to customer inquiries, questions etc. Phone call - a service tech can only answer one call at the time and having customers wait in a call queue for 10+ min before its their turn is pissing customers off.

When I email Frank it usually is a week to two weeks before I receive a reply. Agree with previous statements that it is best to call.

I agree…..text or call. Frank is pretty communicative 95% of the time. I’ve purchased a lot of leather wrapped parts with deviated stitching from Exclusive Option along with the bolster covers for my GT3 LWB’s.
