Default 992 Build Delays

For those that have recently received and are getting cars starting this summer, have you experienced any delays in your expected delivery date? If so, did you spec your car with a lot of custom options? Are you located in a particularly far destination from the Emden port?

Trying to get a sense of what folks are experiencing lately.

Yes. My build date has not changed as well as the completion date, must be due to longer shipping time. Mine is coming into NYC area

Mine is a C2S cabriolet that is pretty well spec’d. Heritage interior and bunch of stuff. Got Manhattan motors…you?

My build which is in the queue to be built, recently had 25 days added to its ETA. It went from August to September.

C2S coupe, full leather, chrono pkg, a few other basics not too crazy specd (no sport design or crazy interiors so hoping quick build and ship)

Mine started exactly when it showed it would in TYD. Start date was May 6, arrived in Emden on the 15th, sat for two weeks waiting on a ride, and due into Baltimore late Monday night. Everything is on schedule so far.

Southeast U.S.

My delay is on the shipping side, even though not built. Currently it is not production related. That is subject to change. See this thread -> https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1408...-o-sphere.html

Ship left later in the evening on the 30th and vessel tracker shows arrival on at 10pm on the 11th so about normal as long as there are no delays along the rest of the way.
