Again, just looking for actuals on dealer labor on a 992 oil change,
You are not getting an answer because Dealers don't charge per hour on labor for oil service, that stopped many years ago. Now you pay for a procedure in total, be it an oil change or 30K service, etc.
I’ve had my 987.2 Cayman for seven years and changed the engine oil seven times. It’s not the rocket science that your friendly neighborhood Porsche service center would have you believe. I have also changed the plugs, IOS and transmission oil. The money I saved paid for my Quickjack which makes the jobs pretty easy and gives me an opportunity to inspect what’s going on down below. Recently, I replaced the oil pressure switch which my local dealer wanted $212 just for the part. Pelican had it for $58.75 but it wasn’t OEM. I was not too surprised to find that the original part was the identical Bosch part number of the less expensive replacement. My oil changes are always less than $100 and the time in my garage is priceless. But, if you want to take it to your service center, be prepared to bring your own lubricant, (if you know what I mean).
My local mechanic changes my 992 and 718 oil. I supply the approved Mobile 1 ESP X3 and Mann Oil Filter. Been using same place for over 25 years and deal with owner who changes the oil. No fancy waiting room or free coffee, no long process to drop off car......talking to my advisor.
Labor total for both cars $120....hard to believe paid $60 a car. Keep going back to this NY service station.
Oil is oil, and filters are filters. Pricing is set based on a client's ability to pay, and Porsche knows that. And until ADM most of the profit stream is/was in service, not sales hence the extortionate pricing for meat and potatoes operations. 992 oil changes are as simple as it gets.

I just looked on my invoice from the dealer last month for the 2 year service, and they'd don't list the labor hours either. It's like others have stated, the tech basically makes a flat fee for the service performed. Whether they get it done is 45 mins or 2 hours, they get paid the same for the annual service.
Sometimes you will see the term ‘TU’ (time units’) on the bill for a specific procedure. 100TUs = 60 mins so that may provide some insight. But yeah most things are charged ‘book rate’ which is a simplified schedule for typical operations and doesn’t break out labor. More experienced techs can complete a procedure more quickly but still get paid ‘book’ so they can make more money, but obviously that can lead to rushed jobs depending on the tech…
Put another way, they don’t actually want you to know how long it took them, because you’d be mighty pissed if you just paid $900 for a 30 minute oil change…
