Yes, the 14 ways also get it. It's the memory seat package that includes the side mirror tilt.

I have the 4-way, easy access to the rear seats. I am okay with it so far. Meanwhile, don't miss the tilting mirror as I use the surround cam.

I would assume so, but apparently I’m the wrong guy to ask.

I don’t have the tilt feature and live in a city where parallel parking is a daily routine. I just manually tilt the mirror down when putting it in reverse. Takes 3 seconds and I can see the curb. It saves me scraping my rims all the time. You’ll get used to it.

I blame myself and the sales rep for not informing me. Anyway I've gotten over it now.

Is there anything I can do to get the mirrors to tilt automatically when I hit the reverse? I know there's nothing I can do about the lumbar support.
Not seeing how that's a sales rep problem. There is infinite combos on these cars and they're not mind readers so unless he lied to you and told you to not look it up that was on you since it's on their site and you could have sat in the cars to find out why 4 ways are called 4 ways and see what the difference is. Even peak covid my dealer had no problem sorting out a way for me to try out LWBs vs Sofas because I was pretty sure i wanted sofas but hadn't sat in the current lwbs before.

As with everything, if you want to avoid problems that are ultimately going to be a you problem, make sure you verify and you need to be proactive not passively assuming things.

You need to choose a seat option that has a memory feature. The mirror needs memory to know which position to go and to return to. I'm sure you'll get used to using your surround view to do what you've been relying on the tilt down mirror function for.
