Default 992 Turbo

Hey everyone.

Serious question, I have a 981 Boxster and looking to finally make the jump to a 911 (992).

I have saved 155K pounds over the past 3 years. Is this enough for a well-specced turbo? Or am I better off getting a fully-loaded 992 4S?

Want a car now? Get a 991.2 Turbo lightly used - its plenty good. The 992 4S will be fast, but it won't be Turbo S fast (assuming you want the Turbo because of the power).
Not 100% sure on the UK pricing comparison, but 155k is probably plenty for a well specced turbo - but you'll probably be waiting to get it until next year.

Side question: how the **** did you manage to save 155k over 3 years? Congratulations and that's amazing

To be honest, I'd rather wait for the new 992 Turbo, I genuinely love how it looks! As for the saving, I work in a major investment bank, and the annual cash bonuses are just incredible.

Thanks a lot for your reply and suggestion!

@Tom992 Did you ever get the 992 turbo s? I find myself in a similar position coming from a boxster S and debating a 992 turbo s. How has your experience been the last few years with the car?
