Update - Just spoke to my SA who confirmed the car is now at the dealer, and it looks like the dealer is working on installing the much needed part now since it was NOT installed at the port. He could not tell me what part or where it was located, but conveyed he will share with me once he learns from the tech. I will be picking it up tomorrow so I'll share more details once I learn more. He did share that they took receipt of three 911s from the port and three replacement parts.

The gateway module for 992 is located on the center hump under the rear seat bottom or lower shelf (for rear seat delete cars). not sure if dealer techs will remove the regular front seat for easy access but I'd assume for cars with bucket will require removal for rear access.
