Break squeak

I have only 4k miles on my GTS, no track days, regular city driving, I have noticed my breaks to squeak a lot? I don’t expect breaks to wear this early. I have a service appointment in couple weeks, but wondering if anyone has a similar experience. Thank you

Hit the brakes!

You need to hit your brakes - hard. Go out somewhere where you are alone, get up to speed and hit the brakes until abs comes on. Squeak will be gone.

Entirely normal for higher performance brakes. Squeal is a part of life for these cars and, like others have said, bedding the brakes with some hard stops will help. After awhile, the noise will return if you aren't braking hard often. The brakes were meant for more than light city commuting and make noise in that environment.

Wouldn't you be better off with a Tesla? Seems like the car is being seriously underutilized...
