One thing to consider, which I just found out is quite a nice option is to have the "Center Console Lid with Porsche Crest". It's relatively cheap (380 CAN) and it's something you're going to notice and see every time you drive the car (as will your passengers). Only reason I mention it is because you are already "splurging" for colored center crests on the wheels, which is an option you will rarely, if ever, notice since its outside the car.
Beautiful car! Agree about the tail lights, will give a cleaner look. Also highly recommend the leather sun visors and passenger cupholder in leather. Visors are a real touchpoint and the standard plastic ones feel like a budget car. If you don't specify passenger cupholder in leather it's plastic and will be a slightly different color than the leather and over time will age differently.

Excellent point. My SA strongly pushed me on this. Very noticeable
1. Window trim in high gloss black
2. RS Spyder wheels
3. Exclusive design fuel cap
4. Rear axle steering
5. Exclusive design taillights
6. ACC is not really that useful
7. Ionizer
I disagree with the logo seats and armrest, you and your passenger know what you're driving. Mies Van DeRoe (sp?) "Less is more." Wheels and crests? Whatever blows your skirt up. I didn't see it on the configurator link, but the lower door panels in leather are a nice add, something you'll notice (moreso than sun visors) ... the one thing I wish I had spec'd. I didn't get the cupholder, the plastic is indistinguishable from the rest of the beige leather in my black/mojave full leather interior, but its only 1 1/2 years old.
every day sports car, plan to keep as long as possible but with good resale value if i decide to sell
I can't speak for others but when I look at pre-owned I look for driving oriented options. For example, pdcc, rear axle steering, led matrix lights, and axle lift (if it has the sport suspension). The creature comforts I typically look for are: leather steering wheel, bose/burmester sound and ionizer. Be aware that red interiors are polarizing. My experience is that people either love or hate them. Personally, I don't like them but a lot of people do.
