It's crazy to see the differences around the U.S. re ADM. Here, it looks like the minimum might be a $10k "California Tax."

Frankly, I’m happy to pay ADM to not live in Michgan/Ohio/Illinois —I have gotten so accustomed to driving every single day and not winterizing the car. So, my comments here about winter are as irrelevant as comments about ADM in other markets.
Why hate on the Midwest? It's certainly not perfect, but you couldn't pay me to move to CA.

it’s not the Midwest. It’s the logic of ADM there. It doesn’t apply to Southern CA.

I got a Targa GTS Dec delivery in NY at MSRP as well. Another dealer I was on the wait list at in NJ is also at MSRP with 2 prepaid service required, but it would be another 6-9 month wait. I contacted both dealers in January for an allocation.

So true. I lived in Wisconsin for over 30 years and still have family and friends there. I’ll never move back. And not everything in CA is more expensive than other places. Plus, every weekend here feels like I’m on vacation. It’s worth it to me.

$10k ADM for me up in Northern CA. But as we all know, NorCal and SoCal can be wildly different in so many ways. Not sure what the dealer climate is down there, so take my ADM with a grain of salt.

I am getting mine from Rochester, I was surprised they would sell to me but they were willing as long as the car is registered in New York. The scene must have changed on Long Island...when I called in January two had a big ADM, and the other had some game where you buy a overpriced used car and then get an allocation and trade in the used car then the new one comes.

Quick Reply: 992 GTS allocation - at what ADM?
