Anywhere other than high net worth cities, you can get 992s at MSRP. I got a Targa GTS at MSRP at the end of last year and a month ago, got a GT3 at MSRP. Obviously, you still have to do the legwork and visit multiple dealers and build relationships.

Now, if you reside in a high net worth city, yeah it is tough without getting by MSRP. Especially with the trend that dealers "must" sell local, etc, At this rate, I guess 10K ADM is not terrible compared to what we have seen elsewhere.

These dealers must be outside of Florida as there are zero 911 base, S, T, or GTS in stock here at MSRP. So basically either pay the $10K now or by the time you get your car it will have gone up by $10K or more. Last time I searched a GTS build here in Florida the best I could find was $25K ADM. Seriously how long do you want to wait to buy at MSRP?

I got my GTS at msrp. Actually below, i got '22 pricing on a '23.

But, I did wait around 2 years.

If I had to start all over, the $10k seems fair. Maybe see if I could get them to $7500, or $10k with PPF and call it a day.

Some guys get new 911s @ sticker while another here would "happily" pay $50,000 over MSRP. Simply amazing. This stuff gets pretty thick sometimes.

As of last week, Porsche of Chantilly had 2 brand new GTS for sale at MSRP (no ADM just pay for ppf and ceramic coating).

Yup, as I have said. always a story attached to the deal. Being forced to pay for overpriced PPF and Ceramic Coating (likely both very poorly done) is just a backdoor form of ADM. But hey, at least they make you feel like you are getting something for the extra $$ paid out. Personally I would rather the dealer just be honest in asking for a straight cash premium over MSRP vs. the playing the disguise game.

This is ADM, just disguised.....And probably the cleanup boy installs it on your new 911....I rather just pay a real ADM and have my guy install my ppf and ceramic.

In the current consumer landscape finding a dealer that is honest, discloses the ADM upfront, and then stands by their verbal agreement is a big plus.
Even if you found a dealer that agrees to sell at MSRP, I would be skeptical.
I was promised, multiple times by the dealer GM, a GTS at MSRP.
Finally, I received the call….”if you want this allocation we need a 10K ADM or we will give it to someone else” … just plain salesman slimy.

I paid a ADM on a T last weekend. I’ve been on the list since they released the 992 T and they have 5-7 people behind me that either have a trade in or have already purchased a 911 and I don’t have either so I paid the $5000.

I’ll see the car early next year, built to my specs with some rubber floor mats they are tossing in on the deal. It sucks but I figured the price might go up next year and I’d be right where I’m at now so I agreed to pay the adm. I called 4 other Texas dealers and they want a trade in or I can get added to the list that may never happen. I suppose I’ll never need to pay an and again because I will be a 911 owner at that point.

OP - The issue is say you wait and get one next year at MSRP but the MSRP went up by $5-10k again - what exactly did you win?! Ask me how I know……

Haven't heard another word about it.
Like a number of others I refuse to play these greaseball games and will buy my next 911 when they are in stock and if that day never comes then I have owned my last 911 and will live just fine without one.
Amazing how you twist something that can easily be looked up. @VarTheVar mentioned that he indirectly knew a broker that had a GTS at MSRP, and was passing that information on.

YOU were the one that jumped into that thread multiple times to crap all over that member. It could have been true, could have been BS, but he wasn’t selling a damn thing.

There are MSRP deals for GTS models. Few and far between, but there are some.

You might want to consider having your eyes and memory checked - it appears the optical nerve might be outputting from a bit further down than it should.

That’s exactly how my other semi local dealer operates. Super sleazy and just embarrassing for them. The SA won’t flat out offer the car they “want to gage you’re interest” and then make it seem like they’re doing you a huge favor to sell you a 911 with $10k adm.
