Considering a Pre Owned 992 and I have some questions

If you can't get it CPOd, I would consider pricing an extended warranty and see if the BMW dealer will partially or totally subsidize the cost as part of the deal.

The only way it can be CPO’d is if the BMW and Porsche dealership are in the same group, and the car is internally transferred to Porsche before you buy. As that hasn’t already happened, then it’s likely they aren’t in the same group.
Good luck, but I wouldn’t buy a non-CPO Porsche.

Disagree. Just take it to Porsche and get an extended warranty or get one from Fidelity (someone here has really good terms). They are cheap for the 24months what a CPO is or you can buy much longer terms. It’s not like that the CPO stamp guarantees you never will have issues.
