Did a search and a lot of the past recommendations are closed... I've contacted a few places but for some reason it's like pulling teeth to get them to reply or get an estimate...

As described in another post I ruined my side skirts so I need a place that can replace it and match the gloss black paint.

Any recommendations? San Francisco/Los Gatos area preferred but would be happy to go anywhere in between for a great shop.

German Auto Body in Santa Clara…it has been a few years, but John owner and his staff are great from my experiences a while ago for our Porsche and Mercedes.

 

In the past ~5 years I've used European Collision Center in SF for my previous Audi, Mercedes, and Range Rover body repairs. I like them and will use them again for any future body shop work.

 

I’m in the South Bay too, and also in need of a body shop. I’m going with Alekshop for all of my modding (yeah I don’t leave well enough/perfection alone lol) needs, and Aleks said the body shop he uses is great, per his words, “they’re the only shop that I use on my personal cars.”

last time I visited, there were 2 GT4 RS’ a few GT3 RS’ and some Manthey racing cars, an actual racing car… I was a kid in a candy shop. All that to say, I felt like the car would be in good, trusted hands.

 

So what is the body shop?

 

Dawydiak in some lawsuits, not sure what's going on now after they moved to Corte Madera or if dealership still connected with bodyshop but I would stay away.
