One part number is inner and the other part number is outer.

Now this is funny. Dealer has a bucket equipped car on the floor and the passenger carpet shows exposed metal and the drivers side is just barely showing.

Leave a lil’ note with the part numbers so the next buyer can cover that up. Haha.

Just a little update…..

Part numbers 991-521-362-00 1E0 and 991-521-361-00 1E0 do not fit on my 992 GT3 LWB seat rails. It looks like I’m back to the drawing board.

I wonder why that is…they are on mine and @f4bones also fit them to his rails as well.

That was my thinking as well. I looked at the underside and compared it to my 992 4-way rail covers. The way the 991 rail covers are molded prevent them from sliding on. Do the 991 rail covers slide onto your rails easily?

My rail is very squared/almost multi-angled whereas the 991 rail cover is very curved on one side and the angle is way off on the other. The OEM 4-way rail cover is more in line with my LWB rail.

edit:

**** it! I just forced it on.

Lol yeah I may have had to pull it over a bit I can’t remember. I remember it being very tight. That last little push to get the tab to engage was a bear. I dread having to ever remove them.

You and me both. I never want to remove those things….ever! I pick up the other two tomorrow. Hopefully my blank console trim piece arrives soon so I can remove the heated seat buttons.

It’s a bunch of part numbers; too many to list. Every aspect/part of that seat has a part number. If you’re thinking of building a seat, it is absolutely cost prohibitive. It’s cheaper to buy two seats out of a car.

My LWBS are for sale!

I’m into them for $15k for the seats, $1250 for the inserts and $629 for the Ed guard bolster protectors. And they’re available now instead of the long wait and risks of customs!

Hi - it’s hard to know - I think these seats are 992 generation but the seller said he had them installed in a 991 - 991 has a different passenger occupancy sensor - so I suspect that the sensor was changed out. It can easily be changed back to 992 - but about $500 in parts.
