Thanks! I was so much in doubt with choosing the color of the targa bar and the tinted rear window 🫣

I’m well in my 60’s and still love the 911. Haven’t owned one in a while. My main issues are ingress/egress and ride comfort. The Porsche would not be my daily driver. My current daily is the S560 which I find very comfortable.
I am thinking about the 992 Targa 4 or Targa 4S as my occasional weekend car as it is apparently higher than the the other 911’s and the targa 4 has 19/20” wheels for better ride comfort.
Would love to hear peoples thought on the comfort aspect of the targa vis a vis ingress/egress and ride comfort. I realize this is highly subjective and this is a sports car after all… but its hard to tell from just a test drive.

and I can report that the car is very comfortable and stable as a daily driver because of wider wheelbase of 992. The car soaks up the bumps one wheel at a time and in comfort mode it feels like a regular car. I recommend keeping the tire pressure low just above the minimum requirement for the best ride quality. Also as you said you can go for 19/20 inch for even more comfort. Overall I love the ride compared to my previous Porsches like 981 Boxster S. Targa is truly a touring car for long trips. If you need easier entry and exit you can opt for standard 14 way seats which has less bolster on the side so you can get in and out easier and also 14 way has comfort entry which pulls the seat back when entering/existing the car. Hope this helps.

I've been driving the Targa 4 with 20/21 inch rims for about 5 month now

Three Wheelin'
How are you finding the Targa 4 in terms of power/acceleration? I’m looking to switch from my manual 991.2 Targa 4 to a PDK 992 Targa. I’d love the S but it’s hard to stomach the delta in price, and I’m too stubborn to give up certain options like the Burmester and puddle lights
There is no 992 RWD Targa: 4 4S or 4GTS.
