Also I know black cars are a bit boring but for me there's always been something special about black targas with the silver bar so I had to build what to me is a very classic build on the 992... so great choice!

FIFY.
It’s been really hard for me not to order another JBM car. I really liked my triple black 991.2 C4 cab. With full PPF it wasn’t even that hard to care for.
My build freezes next week. Please don’t tempt me.
Aesthetics, privacy, and heat reduction depending on the % you choose.
On my Cabriolet (in shop now) and our Targa due early February we are going light 55% on sides and rear and 70% windshield. This gives a light tint look, with good heat reduction.
Thanks for the links! Wow, I didn't know how much is involved in tinting the rear window... and they even have to sit on the fragile roof to do it. I don't think I can trust them to put everything back together, so I think I'll pass on tinting. Thanks for the info, though!

Thanks for the photos! 45% does indeed look subtle and sexy, but after watching the video on tinting the rear window, I think I'll pass on tinting especially since they have to sit on the roof to do it....
Mine is built and being tested right now. Probably early April delivery, and I can't wait! One thing I've noticed is that they may have changed the interior spec for the Heritage Classic design - I now notice that I have "Interior Trim Inlays in Diamar Dark Silver" instead of the leather in cognac. Kinda weird that they do that but the photo reflects the same. I don't mid either way but why would they change it to an inferior trim without notice and without price reduction? Hmm.

I chose black paint and the silver bar for the exact same reason. Very classy and fits the personality of Targa I think. I’ve noticed that there are more Targa with black bars on YouTube, however. Maybe because at that price range people would go GTS. I wanted a manual and the heritage interior so I went with the 4S. I would have picked the silver bar even if I had gone the GTS route.

I think the exclusive manufaktur specs will be fitted to the after car has compted its production.
Ordered in May 22, build slot Dec 23, delivery March 24. 22 months wait - had better be worth it! Targa 4, Aventurine Green, Heritage Interior cognac / Pepita.

Gorgeous, I was debating between AG and black. My 8 year old daughter picked black so I went with the black. Really looking forward to getting my car (hopefully) next month! BTW does your build say "Interior Trim Inlays in Diamar Dark Silver" for your heritage interior?
On the specification in the Porsche code in the standard equipment it still says Diamar Darksilver, but in the options it says Heritage Design Classic leather (two tone) black / classic cognac. My dealer sent me a video of the car whin it arrived with them which shows the interior trim in cognac leather so I don’t think you need to worry about the reference to Diamar. I have attached a still from the video of my actual car which shows the cognac trim. Will post some better images when I pick it up in 3 hours!
