LOL - nice photo shop.
I like them on that car and color
I vote 100% yes.
I have been mulling as well on a CWM car -- I like the black hiding rubber marks.
Try it - not that big of a deal to reverse!

🤣. Photoshop is not a skill in my arsenal.
Very true about easy to reverse.
I vote yes on the black, but I'm biased, as I make the magnetic ones. Shogunade is correct, your hips are not metal on the 992. I think I will have black removable stone guard options for the 992 and 718 available soon, SS22: I agree the beauty is taking on and off depending on your mood or where you are driving. Test photo of 991 shape on 718 Spyder (also not metal) below. I have a list of interested 992 and 718 folks. PM me if you want to be added to the list. I have more testing to do before I feel comfortable offering these. But so far so good.... video here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ldty2nztg...ative.mov?dl=0
Material test: 991 shape on 718 Spyder. Not magnetic, not vinyl. Very excited about the possibilities

Interesting. If you were to take this new guard on and off often, how long would this last? Does the low tack stickiness wear off? Please add me to the list. Thanks.

Sweet! Yes, please add me to your list. I’d definitely be interested. I also have the same question about how long would this last if taken on/off?
EDIT: just watched your video. Looks pretty good. Couldn’t see the air bubbles in the video but if noticeable to you in person, it’d be great if you can find a solution to get rid of them (maybe slightly heating it up with a blow dryer and use something like a credit card to smooth it out?). I was seeing a white outline around the edges—gotta find a way to eliminate that if possible. From the looks of it, it seems you could take it on and off quite a lot. How exactly is it sticking on though? Obviously not magnetic so is there a sticky element to it that will lose its grip after a few times of taking on/off? Maybe it’s just magic!
I'm in @tx targa please. I was thinking of adding these anyways so your solution may be easier in all respects. BTW, don't 992's come with a clear stone guard from the factory?

I have one family friend with a 992 and his has factory clear stone guards. Not sure if they all do or not. I called the dealer the other day and I was told Porsche offers clear and black options for 992, but they would be vinyl and not easily removable. I was quoted $240 PER SIDE.
Thanks to all for the interest. I'm a few weeks out. Need to do some testing to feel comfortable and be able to answer a lot of the questions like how many times they can come on & off etc. Anyone in Dallas want to be a test car?
