Be careful, they did this with Iceland green. Went from a $4K option, to a $15k exclusive mfktr interior option, to not being available in the configurator at all. Porsche could remove AG from PTS catalog and make it a PTS+ only option . Doubtful for now though.

All I will say is, I’m glad I have my AG, with Iceland Green interior. It’s the perfect color combination for me.

Mine's getting built before then. AG is not available.
I talk to my sales rep every 2 weeks to see if there's been any changes.

Me too - and I paid for the exclusive interior just to get it. It was showing up online as a 4K extended option, but the dealer said their system wouldn't let an order be placed without it being exclusive interior leather.

I don’t doubt what you heard from your SA.

I just find it very odd that it states on the configurator that AG is “available for cars manufactured on, or before November 2023”. If Porsche has, in fact taken AG off the “metallic colors” that are available, then why hasn’t it removed it from the configurator, under metallic colors? It only takes a second to remove.

Since I already have my car with AG, annd Iceland Green/black interior, I don’t follow what’s going on with the configurator. But since they have included this note, which mentions the availability up to a specific manufacturing date, I can only assume that orders with AG placed in the US, are denied if Porsche anticipates the manufacturing date will be after November 2023?

Last week ordered an Adventurine Green Cabriolet 4S with Truffle seats with build in October and delivery in November, 2023. The configurator has no note and the sales manager said nothing about the color being discontinued or changed to PTS.

My 911 order went in with Aventurine Green. It was initially kicked out as "color not available" but they allowed it because the car is scheduled to be built in the first week of October.

We must be close on the line. The manufacturing process for my car is supposed to start on 10/10/23.

I ordered my AG 911 with Beige and Mojave interior and my SA said that if your car is not built by Oct then its a no go that is flipping to PTS

Arguing over colors is like arguing over whether you prefer blondes, brunettes or redheads. Mary Ann or Ginger? MT or PDK? Everyone has an opinion or preference and everyone is correct because it is a subjective choice. Thank God everyone is not the same.

Staying true to the forum. Arguing over interiors, options, models, wheels, PDK vs manual, Cabriolet vs Targa, etc etc etc. If it was only as easy Ginger or Mary Ann. And I never discriminate between a blonde, brunette or redhead. Lol
