^ I don't know if I'd call that garage disorganized. It actually looks pretty organized, it's just that a car is in there with the bumper removed and tools and parts lying all over the place, which makes it look disorganized. But if you remove that car, it's just as organized as any
If you are doing the tips bumper cover has to come off. Cats are easy and don’t require that.
I am in the Fort Worth Dallas metroplex.
I installed the Akra exhaust and swapped out tips without taking the bumper off. You need a flex screwdriver to undo the 2 or 3 screws holding the tips in place.

I like your garage looking like that, makes me feel a bit better! We have a pull up bar, TRX, Peloton and about 20 lacrosse sticks along with a fold up ping pong table. I can spend hours making it look perfect or just realize it will never be one of those good looking places - then again those perfect garages probably have perfect cars that perfectly rarely get driven.

You don’t have to remove the rear bumper. At the very least, the rear of the car needs to be lifted off the ground about 1.5 - 2 feet. It’s a very easy and intuitive job.
Some more impressions
1. Intake noise is much more pronounced
2. Turbo whine increased
3. Burbling amplified on downshifts
