So, yeah. Both available now. Essentially $100k difference. Had 3 GT3s, before; 997.2 GT3 and RS, 991.2 Touring. Loved them. Never had other 911 nor GTS. Not the regular debate of which car is better or why. Just in that position and time that almost don’t care which, open to trying the 4GTS Cab; but deep down I know I’d love the GT3 best; maybe. Then again, haven’t kept up with the market much nor chasing neither. Whatever feedback is good. Perhaps I posted here to hear more feedback from 2022+ 4 GTS Cab owners. How’s the 7 speed manual? 😅 Thanks.

Money no object get the GT3. It will be loud and rough, but it will be special. If you don't get on with it, selling/trading down to the GTS will be easier than the other way around. This coming from a GTS owner.

If you get a cab, I would get a S instead of GTS. To me, the GTS DNA makes more sense in a coupe than a cab. The coupe allows you to get bucket seats and some extra stuff you can't option on the S coupe. However, on a cab, I fail to see the additional value of a GTS over a S other than the badge.
With that said, for 100k additional, I would take the GT3.

Unique perspective here since I've owned both. The 992 GT3 for over a year and I now have a 992 GTS pretty high spec. Both were and are manual. I'm currently waiting on a GT3RS.
Honestly, I absolutely loved the GT3, the double wishbone suspension is TRULY special and unique to the GT3. I do love NA 911's more than the turbo ones, the tightness and preciseness of the steering in the 992 GT3 was incredible, but with all that being said, I am pretty happy with my manual GTS. I have all the creature comforts which makes it great for daily driving. I also have KW's on my GTS and got wider tires (255 F with 315 R) and a track/street alignment which changed my car entirely, drives 100% sharper IMO, which of course influences my point of view.
I usually drove my 992 GT3 daily while I also had a 488 PISTA (who's suspension was surprisingly a bit more comfortable in a weird way). The GT3 is amazing, but a bit tiresome seat wise (buckets) and loud (albeit beautiful) engine and exhaust noises that made it hard to speak on the phone, with someone next to you, even with the valves closed. After a long day, there were times I found myself wanting a quieter smoother ride. Suspension was pretty hard, I was constantly switching between Sport and Regular even on weekend spirited drives.
In all honesty, it all depends on what you'd primarily use it for. You'd probably be happy with either, but which one is more practical and is easier or best to live with in your situation? That's what you have to answer for yourself.
I sold my 992 GT3 to a friend when I received my RS allocation. In regards to ADM, most on the 992 GT3's will be lost. I've been around the 911 market for quite some time, it's always the same. IF this isn't an issue for you, which it doesn't sound like it is and you can live with the GT3 for whatever you're planning on using it for, I'd say go for the GT3. I know you didn't ask for financial information on the ADM aspect of your purchase, but I still felt I should provide it in case you decide it is a factor you'd like to weigh in on your overall decision.
If I were in the same shoes and the ADM was pretty reasonable given the current market, I'd probably choose the GT3.

So interesting experiment. I guess I wasn’t sure about the 4GTS at first because all my previous 911’s were always GT3’s. Maybe I got caught up I’d regret not having a GT3 😅. The result can be helpful to others as I guess we sometimes get caught up making assumptions and opinions without having trying something; get carried by the internet and forums. Anyways, I decided to pick up the 4GTS; figured new to explore the new experience; cab; and it was manual anyways. Honestly, blown away by it and happy I didn’t go crazy paying $80k-$100k adm for a GT3. Regardless of being a cab, which is also a good thing since it offers something GT3s don’t, the suspension, acceleration, and driving experience is 99.9% there just as well. And anyways, the 4GTS was at msrp and can always add a 992 GT3 in a few months regardless if I want. If I don’t, it’s ok. It’s crazy but the 4GTS checks all the right boxes. Gear ratios, weight, whatever, doesn’t matter once you drive it 🫢.
But thanks for the feedback everyone 😆. Will post pics this weekend.
