Snufkin I am also in Scotland with a Dakar on order, expected in summer time.
Im struggling to make up my mind on colour at the moment and would love to see your shade green car once you take delivery?

I know 918 buyers were offered them first, it's called pecking order.

It's called "Porsche was struggling to sell 918 Spyders back in the day, so they created this VIP program" that is thankfully ending in a couple years. It's caused nothing but headaches for many dealerships.

I was just offered a Dakar which locks in a few weeks. Debating if it's a car worth getting? Obvious I don't need one, but think they're kind of cool. Something different

Just got confirmation today that I will get one of the 6 Dakars that my Porsche Center here in Switzerland will get in total. Two will be MY23 and mine will be one of the MY24.
Looks like PAG is really giving priority to markets outside Europe on this model, as my PC got 4 Sport Classic and 6 Dakars looks very low for a 100% higher worldwide production.

Anyone know of any available/editable Dakar 992 allocations? I am willing to pay an ADM. Just think it is so fun/cool. I'm over all the GT cars, but tricking one of these out with the rack, lights, etc sounds like fun. I'd have a loaded build. Anyway, if anyone knows of one, please just PM me. I tend to buy several loaded Porsches a year but the previous dealers I have given all of my business to are just too small and hence I continue to look for one! Thank you!
