I got one of the new controllers from Flat 6 but sadly I’ve been disappointed with the controller so far. Have had no luck getting the valves to open or close using homelink and frequent cel errors.
Last weekend not only did I get the reduced power message but my check engine light turned on and wouldnt go off even after turning off the car. Luckily I was running an errand right by the dealership so I stopped by and they checked the error and reset it. Apparently the ECU was throwing an error due to the valve state not being what it expected.
This is in a MY2024 GTS. Maybe some issue with the 2024s? Contemplating uninstalling the unit.

No more codes after 2 weeks.

Just finished my install! Having actual exhaust sound from 1k to 4k RPM is just amazing! I don't have PSE or Sport Chrono so previously I'd have to be above 4k and pretty much WOT to get a good aural experience.
Now it's throughout the rev range, really amazing bang for buck upgrade!
I did get a "reduced engine power driving permitted visit workshop" error the next morning, but a quick power cycle of the car and it went away. I hope it doesn't return...
Does anyone know if it's essential to close the valves before turning the car off?? Running errands and quick trips I forget to close the valves.
Also why bother closing them when the 992 does a valves open warmup procedure when you start it?
Can I leave the valves open 100% of the time with the small exception when I don't want the extra volume?

Only time I got a CEL was when the car started with them open. Mine is programmed now to start closed and have never had a repeat CEL. Can't remeber how I did the programming, but it works.

I've gotten the reduced engine power warning twice. Both times I got in the car and turned the key to accessory-on and didn't get around to starting the car for a little while.
Since then I hop in and turn the key to the accessory-on position just long enough for my seat to auto adjust, then I immediately start the engine. Haven't seen the error since
