I was just going to suggest treating the seal…I’ve done that myself with the driver’s side door seal on another car…..but sounds like they already tried that on your car. I guess a seal replacement is the next step. If you’ve decided to do this, and before you have them replace the seal, I might apply some lubricant on the seal, yourself. Easy to do, and you have nothing to lose.
Personally, I’ve never had much luck with service departments, any service departments, actually fixing a squeak….so if I can, I usually end up trying to fix myself. Good luck.

Probably a good question for body shop to answer. But, my GUESS would be that the material cost is about $5000 (CF roof option is $3,890 from the Porsche Configurator). Then, the labor cost is probably another $3000 - $4000.

Sorry for the delayed response (I haven’t checked this thread in a while).
There are a number of treatments on the market, and sometimes it depends on the compound of the seal where the squeak is. But I have used this before on my rubber door seals….and worked like a champ.
