I would have gotten the silver trim on the windows as it really goes well with those wheels.

The only thing I'd say is you should've gone bigger!
If I spec'd that car I would have added the following:
Burmester
leather door handles
FAL (yes I know the front lip is $300 to replace etc)
RAS
Power steer
Carbon steering wheel (although I realize the theme inside is aluminum/external color based)
Glass roof/Extended fuel tank (unless you are trying to go w/ lower weight build)
How exactly is the extended fuel tank adding any significant weight? If you are referring to the weight of gas, well don’t fill it all the way on a track day. But it’s nice to have the option on long distance drives. And who knows 10 or 15 years out gas prices may be very dependent on location so it gives better flexibility to fill up opportunisticly.

Over built. Not the spec I'd want to see on a 4S. As long as I don't have to pay the tab. Nice car.

In lieu of no sunroof, perhaps a brighter interior, such as chalk? Otherwise this is a great, want-for-nothing build.

I think its over rated. I work in the music industry and prefer the Bose. its a bit more flat and true sounding!

with that said im happy im still below 190k !!
The Bose is not flat/true by any stretch of the imagination... The bass is boomy/echoey, the highs are muddled, and the overall sound signature is decidedly "Bose"-ey: just a few steps short of the Beats by Dre sound.

Highly recommend searching the forums for a thread by @12v Nick, who has a package designed to bring the Bose system up to a level commensurate with the price of a 911.

Your taste is exquisite. It's a very classy build. I would've probably had the 911 be black to match the PORSCHE on the rear but I've seen this combo before and it looks good.

when you EQ it you can get it super flat sounding I should of said haha. I been an audio engineer for 15 years so I usually am quite picky with sound! I will check him out

no such thing as overbuilt when you're enjoying every option you got

as long as you can afford it... who cares

thats something I'd have to see for myself.. never felt the difference personally but I am intrigued!

I thought there was considerable restraint. No paint-to-sample nor a heritage interior. Overall, lovely build.

I totally spec'd extended gas on mine. I just know a lot of rennlisters saying things like higher weight blah which I never cared about and simply put it in parentheses to avoid the need to write a follow-up explanation and indicate I've thought about it from the other perspective / wouldn't fault him should he be of the weight saving crowd. Same thing about FAL I know the lip is cheap I just like the idea of having it and don't want to respond to someone going well it's cheap to replace blah blah

I wanted to save a follow-up post and not have to defend what I wrote but clearly have to explain myself anyway lol...

https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1242...an-option.html

I didn't write this nor do I know whether it's true but this is what people on our forum would write....

"A gallon of gasoline will typically weigh 6.3 lbs (less than water at 8.33 lbs)

The extended tank is 6.8 extra gallons

23.7 gallon fuel tank at full should weigh approximately 151.68 or 42.84 lbs more than the 16.9 gallon standard tank.

At highway Porsche advertised fuel consumption of 25 mpg for the manual and 23 for the PDK, the extra 6.8 gallons should extend the range by 170 and 156 miles respectively.

If tracking and every second and pound matters, the extra tank does not have to be FULL but if traveling or sprinting along your favorite back roads, the extra 42.84 lbs would hardly be noticed?

23.7 gallon extended range tank? Yes please! "

Other than PDK, that is a build I can endorse! A real beauty.
