Default Carrera T Wheel Porsche Crest question

On the standard Titanium Grey wheels, the center cap is automatically monochromatic but on the 2 different black no-cost options, the crest is colored. Does anyone know if the crest in a Carrera S wheel is replaceable? If yes, I'd order Titanium Grey wheels and buy a set of colored crests.

TIA

Yes, the center pops out and you can buy replacements from your Porsche dealer or online at places like Suncoast

I second this... Absolutely something that can be changed aftermarket... its very strange that its not possible via the configurator, because every other 911/Porsche model in the past usually gives the added $190 option for colored crest, but in this case I think the Agate grey/monochromatic center cap is to keep in line with the T concept, Agate Grey mirrors, lettering, wheels etc..

Then I'll order the Titanium grey wheels and hit up Suncoast for the caps later. Thanks and Happy 2023 everyone! Hope it's good for you all.

I just looked at Suncoastparts and realized the color surrounding the crest won't be the same as the wheel's color. That'll look funky.

Yes this would be my concern, getting caps that will match the titanium wheels. Possible that is the reason the crests are monochrome on titanium but colored on black.

Yeah I'd agree @adm63 but if in the future Porsche makes a colored center cap in Titanium Grey surround I'll jump on it. Keeping the car as "T" as possible I'll order the standard color and be fully happy. Happy New Year dude!

Similar quandary with the T build.

Think they were the same ones on the 991.1 classics(?)

Closest part number my googling returned was here: https://parts.byersporsche.com/p/por...01147AOC6.html

Believe the caps definitely still exist as seen in one of the wheel options in the cayenne configurator.

Also someone on the FB group cites different paint code D7Z to add to the mystery

On my 718T the wheels are definitely a different color than the mirror caps. I'll take pics today for you if I can.

no doubt he mirrors are agate.

wondering the correct color for the caps (?) and where to source them....

Haha, the timing worked out, I had new Cup2 tires delivered today so I just stacked the front OEM wheel on

Suncoast lists them under the Cayman T section as Titanium Grey if I remember correctly. Porsche caps are all the same size between the 911 and 718 at least

Not on Suncoast or Sunset just checked. Google searched for them-no results.

Thanks! I searched "Titanium Grey" on that site after having gone through and looked at Cayman and Boxter parts. Oh well, thanks and those look great! I'll have to order a set.

EDIT: That's the standard cap. For a moment I thought it was the colored crest on titanium grey. Damn
