Closing at $6,500 ADM for the C2S coupe allocation and $112,500 for my C2 coupe trade-in. I had a friend pull the MMR on my car a couple of days ago, which came out at $115,000.

You pay sales tax on the sale price of the car. So unless your ADM is delivered to the owner of the dealership in a suitcase you will be paying tax on it.

Yes, it goes as part of the total price of the car. At least here in Texas.

That's what the Penske dealers do, since they have a no ADM policy on the cars.
