No more PTS 2023?
Hello!
I just got an allocation from an out of state dealership. However they are saying PTS is no longer available for 23 orders? It would be April build for may/June delivery. I guess my adm secured it. Still less than what dealers in California are charging and from the looks of it chip shortage is still here to stay in car industry which is crazy.

Many topics and post about it, no PTS orders being accepted for remainder of MY23 is the word. I hear the supply chain for PTS was revised and they are now overwhelmed with orders to fulfill.

Interesting tidbit on the TST podcast today: Matt Farah just came back from the Dakar launch and mentioned that a lot of PTS orders are now getting cancelled due to supply issues with the gold metallic flake necessary for a lot of shades. If your PTS color doesn't require that flake, you should be good to go based on his personal experience (his dad has a PTS Cayenne on order that isn't affected).

Was told by my buddy who is a Porsche salesman that PTS is done for 23. I might finally have a chance for PTS on my upcoming RS as it’s a November build now and will be a MY24.

It's 2023, you should know by now that's never the case.
