Duly noted-but I still think I have a valid argument, and I think the 22s that which were bumped to a 23 could be an exception. Porsche may feel it is too complicated to say refunds are for 21 and 22 models "and those who purchased a 22 but were bumper to a 23". I am probably wrong but.......

Appears the reimbursement process is more than a little haphazard if some people received compensation before delivery while others have been waiting over a year. It doesn’t seem like it should be so difficult to fulfill their commitments, affected VINS and owners should be easily identifiable and providing reimbursement can’t be very difficult. This is very disappointing “customer service” from Porsche.

Does that mean the '23s have electric adjustment? I have a '23 for delivery next month with the 18 ways spec'ed, seems like I'd either get power adjustment or a refund?

Based on the configurator for 2023 models, only Turbo & Turbo S models will have electronic steering column adjustment. The entire Carrera lineup has lost this feature, and you won't be compensated for it, because it doesn't list it as a feature of 14 & 18 way seats anymore.

Funny enough I actually called them about this last week. Took delivery of my 22 GTS in September (first iteration was totaled on the ship and that one had the electric column). Haven’t heard anything about my reimbursement so I gave them a call. The individual I spoke with put me on hold to escalate to leadership. Then said he would call me back. Still no word…

Call me crazy or worse as I just put a letter in the mail today regarding the status of the refund program and mailed it to the following.
Steering Column Refund
P.O. Box 5389
Portland, OR 97228-5389

I suspect I'm being optimistic that I will hear something back.....

Have you already taken delivery or are you doing this in advance while your car is in production?

How did you “take it up with PCNA directly”? Calling the “customer service” number just gets the it's a third party handling the reimbursements and we don't know anything/can't do anything response…

Anybody with a 22 who was bumped to a 23 care to pipe in on this refund issue.

Default After two calls to Porsche 2 different responses = tough s—-

Ordered my ‘22 992 GTS in May. 18 ways and loaded. Took delivery 11/11/22. Dealer said call Porsche Re $500. First call I’m told 3rd party will contact me. Nothing. Second call I’m told I don’t qualify due to this not happening and yada yada. It felt like after spending $175k Porsche is slithering out of the deal. Leaves a bad taste from a company who has gotten too arrogant.

I called Porsche North America and they said they were not handling anything pertaining to the distribution of the steering column refunds. I explained to them that I have not received the money according to the initial email nor had I received the subsequent email that the initial email had promised with instructions on how to collect the money and they said they had nothing to do with it.
Terrible ... Between the track your scream app, my 2023 C4 GTS car being stuck in production for over a month with no information being given out, I'm kind of frustrated. So frustrated in fact I bought a Cayman 2023 GTS 4.0 !! I'll get even with them!! Lol

You called Porsche Club of N.A. or Porsche Cars N.A.?

Try reaching out to Jill Kitchen. She’s based out of Detroit, and handled converting my $500 sales voucher to a service/parts voucher.
