Default Electric Steering Column Reimbursement ?

I took delivery of my 992 on 9/1/2022 and not surprisingly, it did not have electronic steering adjustment. It was my understanding PCNA would provide compensation for the missing feature and I contacted PCNA to see if I needed to do anything. I was told a third party vendor was handling the rebates and I didn’t need to do anything; rebates would be made sequentially based on when the car was delivered and rebates would be made by end of year. I was given contact information for the vendor handling the rebate but telephone contact is recorded information only, no email address just address to which a letter can be sent. Curious as to others experience with rebate-received and if so how long after delivery? Still waiting and if so when was car delivered? The end of the year is nearly here and I have heard nothing.

Yikes!!! They did say end of year 2022. “Refunds will be issued on a rolling basis between June and December of 2022 based on the delivery date of your vehicle with the owners who received their vehicles first, receiving their payments first.”

I took delivery in September and had received a $500 check in the mail to be used towards the purchase a few months prior.

You’ll receive an email with a $500 voucher to be used towards the purchase of your vehicle. If the transaction has already been completed, you’ll need to email customersupport@porsche.com to have it converted to a service voucher. The voucher expires 1 year from issuance.

Those of us who took delivery in 2021 and were promised a retrofit actually received $1000. I've been paid!

I ordered a 22 in July and was bumped to a 23 with price protection. I realize the 23 price was reduced 200 dollars to compensate for the lack of an electric adjustment, but I think I should still get the reimbursement as I ordered the 18 way seats at the price in 22 which included the electric wheel adjustment. Am I eligible for the refund when I pick up and pay for the car in 3 weeks or so?

I took delivery on 8/2021 and still have not received my reimbursement. The initial letter stated that Porsche planned to complete the process by the end of 2022.

Just curious, is anyone else still waiting?

No, I am getting a 23 and paying for a 22 as I am price protected. My argument is that I ordered the seats with the implied understanding that I would get an electric wheel adjustment.

The "refunds" were for 2021 and 2022 models. you're getting a 2023 - not applicable.
