Is that the white tachometer option? I really like it, have it on my T build.

It's actually the "GTS Interior Package in Chalk" which comes with "Central Tachometer in Chalk".
Here's a photo at night.

Porsche really is consistent with the operating coolant temperature at 194 degrees. I don't know how many cars I have seen and driven and all had the exact same coolant temp. kind of interesting.

Is this a GTS thing where you can show just temp to the left of the tach? My C4S shows speed and a modifiable dial as all the way to the left.

It's probably lying and just putting everything in the normal range at 194 on the display to indicate normal vs actively trying to keep every car in every environment within a single degree

It's an idiot gauge. Stuck at 194 until it becomes catastrophically overheated, i.e., 230 F.

Same with the 991 gen.

2022 model 992 have the option for a simplified dash view. One side is temp anmd engine temp and one side is time and fuel level. I keep my car in this view as well. Much cleaner.

Correct. They call it "Reduced View" and you should be able to select it using the right scroll bar on the steering wheel.

I wish my 22 Cayenne had this option as well. The standard gauges are just as useless in that car as well.
