Suddenly got my allocation last month for a Targa 4S. My SA told me that Porsche NA had surprised them with an unexpected allocation and that I had 10 days to go before the Freeze Point. I have been waiting since September 2021. Very exciting!

I was on the waitlist for C2S with 2 local dealers since this January. As of last month, one did not move at all (always remain 4th in the list) and the other moved from 8th to 4th.
Out of blue, a friend of mine called asking if I was interested in taking over his 4GTS allocation with MSRP deal. Sure I did, and the car entered production 11/21 with Jan 2023 delivery estimate. I guess I got lucky.
