Reckon there'd be an uprising across the country if they tried that. All Blacks comes from a miss-spelling of the term 'all backs" (no 'L") when they ran the ball at the POMS rather than crash and bash that the UK teams were using at the time. No race inference at all.

The other credible voice in this is Harry's Garage, where he says that the GTS is better (for resale....probably long run GTS will be more desirable). But here's the thing.....I think rims make or break the car. To me, something about black rims takes the beauty away from the look. Also the center lock somehow makes the rims look not as substantial:

I like Harry and he was one of the original co-founders and editors of evo, but just take his reviews and opinions knowing that they are rather Euro and/or UK centric.
Nothing wrong with that, but it may not have as much resonance to us over here on the other side of the Atlantic.

The “Carrera S” wheels are also free for the S. The Carrera Classic wheels for $1260 (what I have) are not available for the GTS (at least on the US configurator). Two or the three rim options for the GTS are black (if you like that look?). There are 5 rim options for the S…with the Carrera Exclusive Design for the S being the best looking, IMO.

I like Nick and value his opinions because he is able to drive so many 911 variations and can provide real world feedback.
Having said that buying a $150k car is NOT a rational decision but an emotional one.
GTS is a sportier variant over the S even if its by the thinnest of margins. Nick is not into hardcore driving so for him the S is better because its cheaper and offers more build options without the need of having “forced” options that GTS come with.
I thinks as daily - the S is a better fit.
GTS is for ppl that value a more raw driving experience and plan to occasionally track the car. I think most GTS owners would get a GT3 if it was possible and most S owners would get a Turbo S if money wasn’t an issue.
Personally I would get RWD GTS coupe over S and waiting on allocation.
