Hi Everyone
I been scoring Rennlist since 2020, I just traded in a 2020 992S for 23 GTS C2. I think I went a little crazy with ticking the boxes (locks on the 19th).... really like to hear what you all think. :-) Yes it is a PDK ...I know... I know its not a manual.

I’d suggest skipping the lightweight glass. Checkout the GT3 forum. Lots of issues…….

It's different, that's for sure. Some interesting choices. I won't dissect, as really a build is a personal thing. As you said, no manual. No need to tell you not to get FAL or PDCC if those are things you want.
You don't see many Graphite Blue interiors, I think that was quite popular on the 991 when it was a new thing. So that is rare on a 992 I suspect. Coupling that with Orange deviated stitching, hmm, Broncos or Gators fan. Blue and Orange.

I always liked silver and blue-nice combo! However not sure how orange deviated stitching fits in.

this was my idea for the blue and orange stiching theme. The extended door leather was to get extra orange...lol based on the porsche gulf turbo special.

Yeah I read some of the reviews with cracked glass...but have my kids and wife sometimes in the car...and from what I read it is better on the Wind and Road noise in the cabin. Hopefully I dont have any problems.. :-)

So the GTS is by design louder as some of the sound dampening is removed to make it more visceral inside. And to counteract that you've added the noise reducing glass. Seems like maybe especially since you are not doing the GTS interior anyway, that the C2S or another variant would suit you better than a GTS....

Re the "Lightweight and Noise Insulated Glass" option; I have a cab, and I have no issue with road / tire noise, top up or down, or wind noise when the top is up. I'm not sure who has told you these are issues. They are not.

What a great build, GT Silver over Blue is a winner, every day! Two items;
- What about ceramics? Unless you like brake dust I'd get it, $180k to $190k no biggie
- Also those 14 ways are missing the shoulder support/wings of a Plus seats and look narrow and not sporty. Do 4 or 18 way, I'm doing 4 ways, keeping it simple. Colin Chapman once said 'give someone an adjustable setting & they'll set it wrong' - or something to that effect

I have no problem with more engine noise given less sound deading in the GTS...but having less road noise and wind noise...that is plus in my book.

tempted on the carbon brakes...but wow another 10k for less brake dust not sure. I would never out use the standard brakes based on my skill level. I did the Porsche 2day driver course and many of the cars with the exception of the Turbo S and GT3 had carbon rotors... the 992 GTS, most were steel and worked just fine on the HOT track days.
The sport seats are tempting...maybe might add. whats another 2k at this point..lol
