I picked up a C2S cab a few months ago and I wonder if there an issue with the battery (AGM, not lithium). I occasionally get strange PCM errors that go away quickly (WBA system unavailable, convertible top error, Key Fob battery low). In preparation for winter, I got a CTEK MXS 5.0 and hooked it up with pigtails. I was expecting it to quickly get to level 7 given the new condition of the battery. However, it sat all night on level 3 (charging quickly up to 80%) and in the morning was only at level 4 (charging slowly above 80%). Does this perhaps indicate there is an issue with the battery?
I have thought the same thing with mine. 2022 MY and I get the "key not found, Start Stop not Available, WBA System Unavailable (1 Time)", and the settings for the Bose are wiped out seemingly every other day. I use a CTek as well and it takes all night for it to get to trickle status even though my car is only 3 months old. You can always go to Autozone or Batteries Plus and have them test to be extra sure, but I think this car is electronically glitchy. Hoping some software updates will fix most of them soon.
I made it a habit to connect the maintainer whenever I don’t drive the car for a couple of days. Considering the size of the AGM batteries in my BMWs, I believe the 992 (AGM) battery is undersized causing the issue whenever the car is not moved frequently. Further, comfort access etc can can cause additional drain if the key is nearby.

Crazy- there have been many reports of issues with the Lithium and now the AMG??
Take it to the dealer and start building up a case to make them replace it. Read the warranty book and go prepared. It's an upstream battle.
Search for threads about battery issues. Plenty out there.

There are issues reported for both types. This may be an issue with battery capacity, the BMS and /or drains from various assistance systems and the occasional battery failure (that happens everywhere). The only thing I know is that my 2020 Z4 (and all other BMWs I still own) could be left alone weeks at a time and starts up with no issues, while the 992 shows signs of discharge, e.g. handles not coming out, PCM lights up with all kind of nonsense warnings etc. Those issues do not occur when driving every day (30min+) or keeping it on a maintainer.
I doubt it as the sensor will be constantly "looking" or pinging to see if a key is in the vicinity. It's likely a phantom drain that will take time and patience to discover.
For what it is worth (free advice and reports are worth exactly that) I store my key as far away as I can get from the car. I also lock it.
I have a batter maintainer, but haven't hooked it up to the car (yet) because I am just lazy and haven't wired it up yet (waiting for "winter" in FL).
I drive it on average every 3 weeks and have yet to have an battery difficulties. Picked the car up brand new in January of this year and have 2,0xx miles on her.
Zero problemos, no problems starting, no problems driving.
