Global warming has turned the snow in places I drive into liquid form. Fortunately, I’ve got 4WD, 4 wheel steering, wet mode, and a good place for the umbrella when the gf and I go out on wet days. Mine is a DD year round.

cheers,
L76

The headlights are definitely one of my favorite features. Soo bright specially in country roads.

I don’t. I had it ceramic coated but didn’t want ppf. After 23k miles and daily driven in ice and snow, it looks great and I don’t regret my decision.

I drove my 2022 PTS C4S all winter '22-23, then ended up trading it for a 4RS, and that led to a 3RS allocation. I really missed the C4S as a winter car. It was amazing! So I thankfully got another allocation for one, building a 2024 model.

Automatic rear wiper, or will you wipe manually?

No wiper. I went with lightweight glass which wouldn't allow for one. I did ceramic coat the car so it really stayed clean. The rain and snow just slide right off while driving.

Not automatic. There is a button on the end of the wiper stalk. It's intermittent and runs until pressed again. I push it once on and once off. Usually only needs a single wipe. The snow or rain only collects when stopped or going very slow.

It can also be set for one wipe when putting the transmission on reverse.

Oh whoops I thought he was asking me that.

I still have a few weeks before my next 992 build closes and I'm definitely not getting the lightweight glass again given all the problems GT owners are having. I'm looking for a C4S to pound daily driving miles on. Do you recommend the wiper? I may have to get one on mine. I didn't miss it on my last car but then again I never got caught in a bad rain while I owned it.

If you drive it in winter or it rains a lot, YES
