Default Dealers Selling at MSRP

Does anyone know any dealers, really anywhere but preferably in the Northeast or Middle Atlantic states, selling 911s for MSRP, without charging the so called "Market Adjustment"?

Porsche of the Main Line, just outside Philly. But you'll need to get an allocation, of course.

Are you looking for an allocation or any 911 for that matter? I know of one that has (had as of Saturday) a 911 cab, no idea on overall trim for MSRP.

If it's any 911 you can get your hands on and not an allocation, feel free to PM me.

Getting an allocation may be tricky, but my understanding is that all Penske owned dealerships will not charge a market adjustment on a customer ordered car.

Beware here. Penske will require mandatory add-on items (~$5k) such as pre-purchased maintenance packages and ceramic coatings although at least you are getting something for your money. Additionally Penske dealers will short change you on the trade in by 15k-25k depending on the trade in (comparison is KBB).

Good to know. I didn't experience any required ad-ons on my purchase, but you are right... I did hear of someone else being told they needed to do ceramic on a pre-owned car at one of their dealerships.

I certainly could have done a little better on my trade-in vehicle if I had done a private sale on my own, but between the tax advantage of a trade and the incredibly time-consuming/frustrating process that privately selling an enthusiast vehicle can be I just went with the easy path.

My dealership does not charge an ADM, however, if you want an allocation you have to pay for it. If not, it’s a solid 2 year wait from what I was told.

yup.. Porsche Chantilly (where I bought from) and Tysons Corner both do the required "diamond ceramic" for $1500, but i don't think it's a real ceramic coat. My car is still getting hairline scratches way too easily. I'll be buffing it off and doing a new, real ceramic at some point in the near future, when i have time.

I think they're starting to try and do mandatory PPF, but not sure about that. I was NOT forced into any maintenance, but was pitched everything.

in the grand scheme of things, $1500 is a small ADM.. that's how i looked at it.

Not to be "that guy", but this topic has been beaten to death over several threads. I suggest you read through those and then come back if you still have unanswered questions. Just search ADM and you will have plenty of material.

You should also read through the threads about current delivery delays (almost a stoppage). Here are a couple:

https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1307...-delivery.html
https://rennlist.com/forums/992/1123...ome-on-in.html

If you are here asking this question, unless you happen to get lucky (which is a possibility) you are likely looking at a choice between waiting and paying an ADM.

So that is an ADM, no?

Apparently so, if you want one soon. The demand is so high some people are offering to pay above MSRP to secure an allocation.

Porsche of Bethesda also no ADM or add-ons, but they give local customers priority though. My wait time from order to European Pickup will be 9 months.

I understand we're a bit west of you, but Porsche Chandler (Arizona) does not add ADM/MVA nor any other crap/required add-ons nor charge for an allocation.. My GTS4L is coming from them late this year.
