Default Rolled in to 2023 GTS!

Landed late this afternoon and received a new email from Porsche the same I received when I originally ordered the 2022 GTS. When I clicked the TYD link it showed a 2023. Called Sales Manager and he said late this afternoon Porsche informed them of the rollover to 2023 GTS and price protected at 2022 prices!! I'm good with the deal!!

Interesting…seems a lot are getting bumped to ‘23s. Mine has not moved today and no emails from Porsche, but I was on a very similar timeline. Wonder if my original allocation month (Dec ‘21) is keeping me in the last batch of ‘22s?

Pretty sweet deal, hope to see it locally. Which dealer are you going through again?

Default I’m rolled to a 23’

After a month of no communication via TYD it updated today to a 2023. No idea if I’m price protected as a 22’ My dealer didn’t know anything about this as of Friday. My original freeze date was 6/12. Delivery 10/7. Now my freeze date is 11/5 and delivery in 1/23/23! Glad I didn’t trade my Cayman!
Now the question is should I change my build???
I wanted aero kit and PDCC but was told it was a nonstarter so I removed both items on the build. Any ideas on this? Tia.

I use a dealership in CHICAGO because they hook me up, 3rd 911! Dealers here in central Ohio either can't get an allocation or a$$ rape you on a deal. Porsche Columbus service is really good but I'd NEVER buy a Porsche there!

I was told the email went out late today to the dealerships explaining the rollover and protected price. You can change all the way to the new lock!!

Nice! My 992 Base Cab just switched over to 2023. So does this mean that we can change the build and still have a protected price without the $5k msrp increase? I might change my exterior color to Artic grey in that case

I was told that both the 718 and 992 have production pushed way back as they pause . They cant get parts . Specifically the wiring harness is made in. Ukraine and that has caused a huge issue . Porsche is building Taycan, Panamera and Macans . What that has done is pushed used prices into orbit .

Same here, also on a GTS model. Dec delivery 2023 model.

@EZ E … oddly familiar screenshot. Maybe we ordered from the same dealership.

Unfortunately, my 2022 GTS is still a 2022 GTS expected delivery 9/30 but still not entered in to production. SA said an 8/26 build date. Seems like this may be the case with June allocations getting switched? I was a may allocation.

Hey Magic you'll get rolled. My original allocation was March 2022, I'd bet Porsche will get to rolling you over shortly.

If it is Porsche Barrington I have also ordered a vehicle through them and they have been great to work with.
