Default Turbo Inlet hose

Wanted to check in and see if anyone in here is running the do88 turbo inlet hose on their 992? More specifically if you are and are tuned.

Any feedback?

Yes, we are running the Do88 on our shop 992TTS with the PTME1100 turbo package. Great inlet pipe! Bigger and beefier than stock ones.
I have a few of the Turbo model ones on the shelf ready to ship and I've got one Carrera one left!

It's a more efficient pipe, so you'll have a quicker spool and improved airflow for a bit more power. In regards to feedback, usually these guys installing these are doing a number of other mods at the same time so it's a little hard to quantify. This is an upgrade I recommend for any power level, but especially for those running bigger turbos or higher octane and wanting the most out of the car.

I know I’ve seen 1 or 2 posters who have this installed on their 992 Carreras so hopefully they chime in.

Dont know but when I installed this in a single turbo’ed rs3, I noticed a difference. Dyno shows about 20 bhp gain but that was on a modded RS3 making close to 600hp.

It takes longer to take the wheels off, then it does to install the hoses

That’s what I thought.

I wonder why then there was another post where it was a pia for them to install and had to trim the hoses a bit.

maybe that person didn’t have the right tools or something.

not sure but with wheels off each side takes maybe 10 mins max.
