I had a 18 M3 comp with the 19s. After about 10k (miles) the ride was getting a touch harsh (actually that would be 5k cause I had snows in the winter).

MY 992 4S without S-PASM rides PERFECT. better than my M3 (less harsh, but oh so much better handling). I daily my 992 so a better ride is far more important than beating myself up daily on Chicago roads.

I switched over to Michelins. The car came equipped with Goodyears which I found lacked grip at the limit. The difference in comfort pressure between the Goodyears and Michelins is significant, I'm guessing because Michelin uses nylon belts and Goodyear uses steel. I now have Michelin Alpines on for the Winter and obviously these are another step forward in the comfort realm .
