I got 26 on a recent road trip; driving aggressively without regard to mileage. Pretty impressive. Around town it varies between 13 and 17ish. If you haven't seen it yet, my.porsche.com has a list of all your drives, with various data about average speed, consumption, etc. It's interesting, if slightly disconcerting.

Impressive, but my bladder, with several cups of coffee, forces me to stop for a **** or food/coffee break about every 4 hours (~300 miles)…and to stretch my legs….so extended tank would do me no good. Just sayin’

…and I’m sure we haven’t turned the corner. 😱
Not that high gas prices bother me, since I don’t drive enough to worry about it….but wife wanted a new car with all the safety stuff, so bought/ordered our first EV a few hours ago. Two years of free charging. Not complaining.

Over the 9,821 miles since new I've averaged 21.24 MPG.

I'm at 17.7 MPG after slightly less than 4000 miles. It's my daily driver, so my average speed is fairly low. But on a road trip up the CA coast last week, my average speed was 64, and my mpg was 25.3. That's not too shabby.

Just ordered my first EV…for the Mrs. Gotta admit, instant torque, and no gas, are all the reasons I need.
Suck it, oil companies. Greedy bastards.

it really depends on the situation. I have to drive to the city once in a while. 275 miles away. Typically I stay there a couple of days and then drive back. It would be wonderful to fill up before the trip and not worry about stopping for gas until I am back home a couple of days later.
Good point. But in general, on any long trips that I might benefit from a bigger gas tank, I need to stop, anyway, for any number of reasons. That was especially true when traveling with kids, or my wife.
