The interior is going to be your one issue, but you may find a buyer despite that given the low mileage available now MT.
I agree with this.

I'd say to each their own. I find black to be boring and devoid of any pizazz. I like black/Bordeaux and ordered it with my GT Silver build.

I think it is safe, but that’s what makes it easier to sell since most people tend to purchase safe interior/exterior colors.

Black/Bordeaux is a "safe" interior color in a Black, Silver, Grey or White 911.

It’s on the safer end of the spectrum, yes…..but it is not as safe and as widely appealing as a black interior (…as it pertains to the overall car buying population). Red interiors are still an acquired taste.

I think the correction is already happening… it has already started. And over the next 3-6 months it could get really dicey IMO.

You should be able to do better than MSRP (even trading to a dealer). I purchase a used 2020 C4S Cab (7M) with 2K miles on it last year for 169K (4K over the new car sticker). I had it for 7 months and put 3K miles on it while I waited for my ordered 2022 CS Cab to arrive from Porsche Santa Clarita. When the 2022 arrived, Santa Clarita paid me exactly was I paid for the car (169K) and took it as a trade. Back in November 2021,I also sold them back my 2020 base Carrera Cab (after a year and 20K miles) for 6K less than I paid new. I was lucky in that I bought that one in September of 2020 for MSRP before everything went nuts.

Your car look amazing. Not sure where you are located but if you're on the west coast, I'd call Dean at Porsche Santa Clarita. They have been great to work with.

So let me get this straight - in less than two years you essentially bought and sold the same car three times?

Sounds like he had a base Cab, ordered a CS Cab, and traded the base Cab in for a used C4S Cab to drive until the ordered CS Cab arrived.

Although the country may be heading into a recession and the stock market is down sharply, Porsche’s recent announcement about their price increase for 2023 should support pricing in excess of your MSRP. I do think that there are enough people out there with money to be willing to pay up for an almost new 911S, particularly given that it has a manual transmission. The interior color will be somewhat of a limiting factor for some people, but will be considered a plus for others. Good luck, and keep us posted.

Well, something like that. I got the base Carrera cab in September 2020 with the PDK. I drove it daily for a year but decided I wanted a manual. Before I sold the base PDK back to Porsche Santa Clarita, I found the 4S cab Manual for sale. A few weeks after I purchased the 4S Cab, the dealer called me and offered me an allocation on Carrera S Cab (projected to arrive in June 2022 - but actually got here in May). I couldn't say no.

Kinda reminds me of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. Hopefully you now have the “just right” car!
