10 years of progression….

From needing to mod everything, to nothing.

1. Toyota AE86 - 3SGE Beams swap. Turbocharged. Full race car setup. Started out street legal but became track only.

2. Toyota GT86 - Lexus V8 swap. Mostly race car setup while just barely keeping street legal. “I spent more than gt3 money for less than gt3 performance.”

3. Porsche 997 C2S - Muffler delete, lighter flywheel, wheel spacers, upgraded brake lines & pads.

4. Porsche 991.2 C2 - Muffler delete, upgraded brake pads.

5. Porsche 992 C2 - upgraded brake pads

6. Porsche 992 GT3 Touring - stock

Probably ought to put some weatherproof covers on those electrical outlets and make sure they're GFCI protected. Jus' sayin'.

All good. Entire garage GFCI protected. I’ve been washing in this bay for over a decade. There’s a drain under the car as well which is nice.

Oh that's nice. We built a new garage last year but unfortunately with limited space there was no way to add wash capacity to it, and I don't have a driveway (just alley access), so no sweet wash setup. I've seen some of the setups and would love to go that route.

Regardless, weatherproof boxes and in-use weatherproof covers are required by code in that type of environment to avoid water intrusion and corrosion. Sorry, I was in the electrical contracting business for 40 years and can't help myself!
