I think you meant to quote me LOL but I really always back in and it just took a proper angle and some steering wheel wiggle and thats it.
The picture doesnt really show the gap but its about 3 inches or so. And since its harder to see the front wheel- you can see its out a bit more. I definitely look for bit spots though:
