Took my 3 hiking the other day. Then had an epic drive on the twisty mountain road in the background.

Looks great! I have the same color and ordered the same stone guards... again....because I messed up the first set when applying them. Any advice how you put them on?

I just went by the directions using plenty and I mean plenty of soapy water. I used a spray bottle and probably 1/2 teaspoon of Dawn dish soap. Make sure to wet your hands too. Start at the top, then work on the edge closest to the wheel well then the bottom. Angle and overlap your stroke to wick the soapy water from the material. I used these (Amazon):

FOSHIO Mini Squeegee Window Film Tools ,Rubber Squeegee Water Blade Decal Wrap Applicator Car Home Tint

There is an area toward the front, bottom portion that takes a little more work than the other areas. Again keep it wet while you work out the fit and don’t force it (to avoid creases). Both sides took me maybe 20 minutes start to finish.

The pieces I was sent fit precisely over the footprint of the factory clear film. As you wick the soapy water be sure your lighting is good so you can see any small bubbles in the film. Work them out by sweeping toward the closest edge. If you end up with any very small bubbles, they most always disappear in a few days.

Thanks a bunch. I have done a few, small vinyl applications but managed to underestimate this one. Btw, neither of the two sets I ordered from Suncoast had any paperwork aka instructions. Not that I really expected it. You mentioned you had the clear OEM as Outline where the black once go. Unfortunately, my clear OEM either where never there or are long gone. So, I have to figure out how to get it in the right place.
