It really depends upon what your first and second cars are.

This is kind of my situation, except the Wagoneer is a Macan and the Model Y is a Taycan.
My short list included Lotus Elise (had one in ‘05 and loved it), Lotus Emira, Boxster GTS 4, 718 Spyder, 911 S Cab, Taycan Turbo.
I’m probably one of the few people who cross-shopped an Elise with a Taycan. But there you go.
I decided I really wanted a manual and a cab, so it narrowed my options.
I went to PEC ATL to do sessions in a Boxster S and 911 S to see which I preferred. The 911 was a clear winner. I also like the updated 992 interior compared to the 718.
I’m ultimately going with a 911 GTS Cab. When I was looking at the S, I was putting most of the GTS options on anyway, so I fell into the group of people where the GTS makes the most sense. I also want the option to put the kids in the back if I had to. But, I’m also going to drive it more than just weekend car.

Two SUVs? 🤔
Given that you’re posting in this forum, might I suggest a 992 Porsche 911 — a well equipped Carrera S or a lightly spec’d GTS.
You might consider a 911 cabriolet if you live somewhere warm enough for top down weather.
If you’ve never owned a sports car before, you might want to start with a Miata or Toyota 86 before throwing down 911 money.
