My build began as a Night Blue Metallic (now discontinued as of late last year) and those wheels. I switched to Gentian (which is what I ended up getting after considering Chalk) and also switched my wheels to the Classics. I have a pic somewhere of those wheels on a car if you want to see them, but they are not on a Gentian car, I can't remember which color. Initially I picked them because they are similar to the Turbo wheels on our 2015 Macan, but I realized that this wheel or a variation similar to it has been out for 6 plus years now, and that a lot of Taycans get this wheel, as well as it being a bit tougher to clean, even with ceramic. I wanted a wheel that was only on the 992 and opted for the Classics. It was that or the Fuchs inspired Exclusives.
Looks good. Today I went to get my 1 year service and they gave me a loaner Cayenne with those same wheels. That was the reason I didn't go that route. They look great but they're not exclusive to the 911.
it's interesting how the wheel choices look different on the configurator than they do in real life. For example, I was certain that I was selecting the RS Spyder wheels with gentian blue. When I started to look at picture after picture of gentian blue with the classic wheels, I decided to change to them because the photos from actual car owners give a better perspective on them.

didn't love the turbo wheels until I saw it in person. Guy at my country club has them on a carrera 4S and it looks SUPER classy and nice. I was surprised at how much better I thought they looked in person.

this is me too. I thought I would be driving the spyders…. But now I’m mentally considering moving on.
