Best Tire shine?
#3
There are a number of options that are good out there.
I like Gyeon Tire for a longer lasting dressing option. If you don't want a lot of shine, let it soak in for a few minutes then wipe away any excess to get a good, matte black finish.
If you want other options, the Obsessed Garage Tire Dressing and CarPro Perl both work well and leave a nice finish, though they don't last quite as long.

I looked at a lot of reviews and decided to give this a try. I have not used it yet.

Lots of the stuff being posted does not give a wet look. They are designed to make the tires look black and have a matte or satin look. If you want wet, I'd stick w/ the old fashioned Armor All, spray liberally onto the tires (use a big round template to block the rims) and it will give your tires a wet shiny look.

This was nearly a week AFTER washing my car (…washed Tuesday and these pics were taken Sunday).

+1 for PERL
You can get it a little bit towards shiny if you apply another coat about an hour or so after the first coat and don't wipe it off. It doesn't sling and lasts a little bit longer than the usual application.

I am a fan of Ammo Mud. Its not greasy, its more matte in terms of its finish, but still very nice. Zero sling.
