I just collected my 22 C2S. I have noticed an annoying Rattle at the passenger side Bose speaker.

reading this forum, i have noticed this was a common issue with 2020 model.

i am wondering if somebody else getting the same issue with new deliveries? Is there a fix for that?

22 C2S Cab November production - no rattle.

 

you have a blown speaker...

 

Hope they have a replacement at their stock and they would change it under warranty.
will pass by dealer’s workshop next week.

My '22 C2S with BOSE is rattle free.

 

I’m not sure if it’s the speaker, but I have a passenger door rattle on my new CS. I’m going to give it a little while before I take it in. I didn’t notice it much at first, but has become more noticeable. It’s annoying, but I feel like all my recent new cars have had rattles and I’m nervous about causing new issues by having the dealer try to fix them.

 

i had the same passenger door rattle on my ‘20 C2S. It’s the lower deal seal that needs to be replaced, dealer did mine and problem was fixed.

 

When you guys say rattle free you mean there is really no rattle across the board?
Does that even include buzzing sounds when the road is a bit rough?
I can’t even imagine that. 🙂

 

I have zero rattles. No rattles from the bass. No buzzing sounds on rough roads. Nothing!

 

This is awesome! I have had three 911s and all three had worse rattles/buzzes than any of my other ~$20K cars
When the car is cold, everything is pretty quiet but after 10-20 miles I can hear buzzes from many places.
I am really crazy about rattles but I have lost any hope since it's not one or two places, so I doubt that the dealer or anyone can do much...
To be fair, the roads around here are not smooth but they are not terrible either.

 

My car has 500 miles on it, so maybe my perspective isn't meaningful at this time. This is my first 911 so I'm hoping it doesn't have any issues. I've had a good run with the BMW ///M's, so here's to hoping for a similar experience with Porsche.

I took my car in and they were able to fix the door rattle! I’m really happy with it. See screen shot of service papers. Also replaced a side blinker that had condensation all the time.
